La – Sagrada – Familia

I can’t help it. Every time I see a photo of any architectural detail of the entire construction this song just rings in my head – a staccato just like in the post’s title.

The song is from the Alan Parsons Project’s album “Gaudi”. No, it’s not a concept album about architecture, however it obviously refers to teh Catalan architect.
On a side note: there was an incredible radio presented in Poland (sadly, he committed suicide over a decade ago – and I wrote about the story of this family here) who used to say: “To write about music is like dancing about architecture”.

Well, how about writing music about architecture? That’d be a feat, I guess.
