Independence Day in Poland

Today is Independence Day in Poland.

Therefore, something thematic this time to commemorate the day.

This mural picturing an eagle (Polish national emblem, to those who do not know) holding the Polish white-and-red flague was made in Cracow by Dariusz Paczkowski. The title is “Nobody is born a hero” and is devoted to the memory of those who fought for free Poland. It is also intended to attract attention to the Museum of the Armia Krajowa (Home Army).
